A2O Lite Neon (a2oliteneon.app) is operated by a2oliteneon.app. These terms apply when you use the site, upload photos, buy videos or download videos. By using A2O Lite Neon you accept these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Every person in an uploaded photo must also be at least 18. Photos of minors are not allowed.

What you buy

You buy 1 or 3 short, silent, AI-generated videos at the resolution you choose:

Videos are made and delivered on the order page for that purchase; with a 3-pack you make the other videos from the same page. There is no subscription and no account. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Delivery

Most videos are ready within 15 minutes of payment. If a video is not delivered within 24 hours, contact us for a full refund. Videos are delivered as a download on your order page, not by mail.

Refunds

If a generation fails, you can make the video again from your order page at no extra cost. Each order includes 1 free regeneration. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Your photos and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to appear. Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, strangers or anyone who did not consent. You keep the rights to your photos and give us a limited license to process them only to make your video. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

AI-generated content

Videos are generated by AI models and are fictional. Results vary and may not look exactly like the person in the photo. Do not present them as real footage or use them to mislead, harass or impersonate anyone.

Independence

A2O Lite Neon is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by A2O LITE, its label, TikTok or the creators connected to the trend. Videos are silent; you add any sound yourself under that platform's rules.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new date.
